Account deletion

In the App, open Settings, choose Privacy, Legal & Data, then select “Delete Account and All Data.” This removes the connected account and supported cloud and on-device data. Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately in Apple Account settings.

Community safety

Touch and hold a channel message to report it or block its sender. A single account can report a message only once. Include enough detail in a support message for us to investigate.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases in the App first. Apple manages billing, cancellations, and refund requests.
